Earlier this month, I ate my first ever Bibimbap at the Tofu House in Valencia. Bibimbap is assorted vegetables, an egg, rice and some sort of meat (in this case steak) all mixed up and served hot in a crackling stone pot. Just add some chili sauce and you’re good to go!
